These terms and conditions apply when you order through our websites store here at wearleathers.com and its subdomains. The Terms and Conditions listed here may be subject to change at any time and without a foregoing notice, we at Leathers suggest that you read our Terms and Conditions before each purchase.

When you order, you agree to the terms set out and listed below. Your order has been accepted and confirmed once you receive an order confirmation sent to the e-mail address that you have provided when the order was placed. The agreement is between you and Wear Leathers.

Prices

The prices shown on our website do not include Sales Tax nor Shipping costs unless it is otherwise stated. Sales Tax will be added on at check out if the shipping address that you enter is located in the same state as we operate from (Utah). The price of a product is the price that is listed for each product at the time of your purchase. Our prices are subject to change, and we may change them at any time and without notice. We reserve our right to change and correct our prices should any mistakes occur.

 

Product Stock

We reserve the right for potential errors in available inventory that may prevent us from fulfilling your order. If the product you have ordered is not in stock, then we will contact by the next business day  to make sure that you are refunded the full purchase amount for your unfulfillable order, 

 

Shipping

To keeps cost low as possible we currently only use USPS for shipping. Shipping cost depends on location. Normal shipping time is estimated to be 3-7 days.  Orders over $125.00 receive Free priority shipping. All orders received before 2:00pm MT Monday-Friday will be shipped that day Orders before 11:00AM MT on Saturdays will be shipped that day. All orders on Sunday’s will be shipped the next business day.

Returns

If you wish to return an item purchased on Wearleathers.com the return must be made within 14 days of purchasing the item. To receive a full refund, the product must not have been used and its original labeling and packaging must be intact in its original form. Before returning your product you must notify us at info@wearleathers.com to obtain an return code that is to be displayed on the outside of the shipping package.

 

Warranty Indemnification

We warranty our gloves in the event that there is a manufacturer defect in the first year of the product. Wear Leathers reserves the right to determine if the gloves meet this criteria. At our discretion we will either repair or replace the item. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Our Warranty DOES NOT cover any damage that is caused by an accident, Damage from a ROPE TOW, from improper care, negligence to the product, normal wear and tear, or the breakdown of colors and materials through time, exposure, or use.

Indemnification

Customer shall indemnify, defend, and hold Wear Leathers and Wear Leathers officers, agents other representatives and licensors harmless from all demands, claims, actions, causes of actions, proceedings, suits, assessments, losses, damages, liabilities, settlements, judgments, fines, penalties, interest, costs and expenses incurred (including fees and disbursements of legal counsel) of every kind (i) based upon personal injury or death or injury to property to the extent any of the foregoing is proximately caused customer’s misuse of the product or by the negligent or willful acts or omissions by the customer, or (ii) based on any breach of this Agreement by customer.

Wearleathers.com does not receive or store any account number or credit card information.
